You can go to Inspection page then write down your contacts and submit your inquiry, then our inspector will reply to you quickly by email.

2. How do you pay for an order?

Once you have confirmed the pricing, you can pay for your order online with Paypal or T/T.

3. How and when are reports available?

Once the inspection is completed, you will receive the detailed Report in PDF by email within 24 hours.

4. Is it possible to update an order that has already been confirmed?

Yes, the communication between you and Richforth is by email. You can send the email to tell us your updates before the end of the order.
